Ingredients
1 cup Kimchee
1 pound Beef Stew Meat
2 cups Beef Bone Broth
1 cup Chopped Leeks
1 cup Shittake Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Diced Green Onion
1 small pack tofu (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except green onion and tofu) in a slow cooker for 8 hours or pressure cooker for 30-45 minutes.
Add green onion and tofu before serving. Viola!
