Ingredients
  • 1 cup Kimchee

  • 1 pound Beef Stew Meat

  • 2 cups Beef Bone Broth

  • 1 cup Chopped Leeks

  • 1 cup Shittake Mushrooms

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Shoyu

  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 cup Diced Green Onion

  • 1 small pack tofu (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except green onion and tofu) in a slow cooker for 8 hours or pressure cooker for 30-45 minutes.

  2. Add green onion and tofu before serving. Viola!
